서버에 딸려온 라이선스면 OEM입니다.
법적으로 ORM 라이선스는 같이 구입한 장비에서만 설치와 사용 가능합니다.
팔려면 기계까지 같이 팔아야지 윈도우 라이선스만 따로 파는 건 불법입니다.
